Digital products
Our ebooks, spreadsheets, templates, and applications are digital products delivered electronically. No physical item is shipped or returned.
Before delivery or access
An order may be cancelled for a full refund if the request is received before a download link, file, license key, or application access has been issued or used.
After delivery or access
Because digital products cannot be physically returned, completed downloads and activated access are generally final. We will review a refund request submitted within 7 calendar days when the customer received a duplicate charge, cannot access the product because of a verified technical issue we cannot resolve, or the product materially differs from its published description.
Subscriptions, if offered
A recurring charge applies only when a product page clearly identifies a subscription. Cancellation stops future renewals and access continues through the paid period unless the specific offer states otherwise. Partial-period refunds are not provided except where required by law.
Refund and dispute requests
Contact us before filing a payment dispute so we can investigate and help. Include your name, order or invoice reference, purchase date, product name, reason for the request, and preferred contact details.
Processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. The time required for funds to appear depends on the financial institution and payment network.
